Any good chef, any good cook, knows that when you cook with love and passion, you can taste it.  You can taste the dedication and the time that talented individual took to make a meal that you’ll never forget, a meal that you’ll want seconds and thirds of.  One woman I know that exemplifies just that, Chef and Lifestyle Consultant Jenice Coleman.  I know first hand that she puts her all into every dish that she creates.  Her inspiration and influence come from her family, specifically her mother and her sisters, which is why she started Marie’s Catering; Marie is her mother’s middle name… it’s “Food With Love”.

When creating one of her culinary masterpieces, she uses the freshest of ingredients, a lot of herbs and spices, organic products, nothing but the best.  Knowing Chef Coleman personally, she’s all about taking care of your body inside and out.  Just because you’re cooking healthy, doesn’t mean it tastes dull and bland, like most diet foods you torture yourself with.  Everything is full of color, texture and flavor and of course her own touch here and there.  Her specialty is vegetarian food, but please believe, any and everything that I’ve tasted of hers, is amazing.  When asked what her favorite thing to cook is, she mentioned a couple of things such as Stuffed Shells, Vegetarian Spaghetti, Tamales and Enchilada Pie.  Looks like I know what my next requests from her will be.  She loves to eat Cuban food.  FYI, if you’ve never had Cuban food, you’re missing out on life.  Really!

Chef Coleman will come to you, cook for you, make you a meal that will knock your socks off, change your life.  She also specializes in meal prep, being a personal chef/cook, sitting down, consulting with you about what you’re putting in your body and how you can change it up and still eat and enjoy and lead a healthy and delicious lifestyle!  Marie’s Catering is based in Dallas, TX.  For booking and/or questions contact Chef Coleman at Jenice1_coleman@yahoo.com.  You can also check out Marie’s Catering on Instagram at @Ms_Catering, try not to drool on your phone screen.  I’ll just go ahead and say “you’re welcome” right now.
